We use some tools that are presented here as a collection for an easy reminder. Most of them are member of internal LDAP authentication. If you dont have needed credentials, ask the IT Admin.

It is linked with an instance of OnlyOffice, so you can edit Office files deirectly in browser, simultanous with other user.

You get access to folders you need to work over share in your cloud environment.

This Ticket System contains all important and longer works, projects etc. You can edit your own starting page at this tool to see your preferred informations at login.
To communicate we use Zulip. This lays at https://chat.hamster.tu-berlin.de
Most of internal communication runs over here. You can attach files, start surveys and much more.
It contains also an linkifier connected to redmine, simply write # followed the id of an ticket to create an link to redmine.
Another special is the included redmine bot. Ask an PM with "help" to User "redmine-bot".

Actually its new and LDAP from Domain Controller dont work! You need separate Login credentials. Ask your Admin.
For Software development an git server is extremly helpful. Our is reachable at https://git.hamster.tu-berlin.de
From Web Frontend you can open excisting project, create new etc but its more helpful, if you use it with an git tool like "Git Kraken" oder "SourceTree".

Fast and easy Swimlane orientated tool, originally for agile development, it is really helpful instead of PostIts at Desk or Monitor.
